If the layout is correctly made, that's what happens. This is valid for eve=

=46YI, instead of giving the widgets (buttons, labels, text boxes) sizes (i=

pixels or picas) you place them in a layout. That's like saying, every thin=

on this are is gruped vertically, one widget after another. So the widgets=

are placed one after another until ocupying all the area. And you specify t=
he=20
sizing policy, so you can tell a button to keep at minum size, or expand to=
=20
fit, etc, etc... play a little with qt designer and you'll see that.
The button will remain at the button by the way.
