[Kde-accessibility] Dokbook generated HTML has problems

I found the problem. The generated pages are including their style sheet=20
via

<link rel=3D"stylesheet" href=3D"help:/common/kde-default.css"=20
type=3D"text/css">

That is completely wrong, of course.

How do I change that?
