- - About mainting, decide who will be in mantaining and which task will
correspond to each one and the general policies when someone is busy.
- - Plan what's going to be on the web page, who is going to write it.
- - Plan articles to be published in the dot or anything. Topic of the articles,
date, author.
- - General plan of accessibility. Everything that is needed to make KDE the
accessibility heaven including ongoing projects, assign the current projects
to the current developers and leave other projects open to new developers
(and this includes encouraging new developers to help in accessibility).
- - See what resources we have and what we need (For example, Iain Murray told
that he could get some for-the-blind assosiations to borrow me hardware voice
synthethizers which costs a lot (over $1000) and I didn't know he was on this
enviroment (he's on it much more than me)).
- - Make an introduction to accessibility... I have invited a lot of people
(I've sent mails to kde-events@ and kde-announce@ (this one didn't make it
yet) and there may be some newbies and I'm a newbie myself so it would be
usefull for me too.
- - Have fun, can we ? :P
