Argh, sorry about the delay in replying to this. Just cleaning out my inbox
now after I noticed an excessive number of messages that need dealing to ;)

Well, a nice first start would be to write a short summary of the work on
dot.kde.org. This could be just a few sentences or less and just outline the
work that is going on, perhaps with links to screenshots, web sites,
messages
on the mailing list, etc.

If you're lucky you might even get more volunteers to help :)
