[Kbabel] Some problems with Kbabel

Hi,

i have some little problem with kbabel that i don't know if they are bugs or 
not:

- If you open a po file and make some change to the header without changing 
anything else, it does not save the change. You have to modify some other 
content to make it save the header too.

- If you start a complete validation (Ctrl-E, that doesn't work for me) and 
you get an error for example about having to english word you cannot skip (or 
i did not find the way to skip it) it and continue forward, it always stop 
there.

- i cannot fill the dictionary database, i've some po file that i scan but i 
get no item added (may be i've make some mistake, but i did not make any 
change to the default configuration of the db)

I'm using Debian Etch.
