[Kbabel] spell check broken in current cvs?

Hi Stano,

I built current cvs of KBabel, so a couple of problems to discuss here:

1. (Solved already) If old kbabelrc is alive, then KBabel starts in unusable 
mode without the left panel shown (with the list of msgid/msgstr, msgid and 
msgstr frames). The only way to get it shown was to delete the old kbabelrc 
file.

2. It seems spell check params are moved to the project settings. But I can't 
make KBabel to do the spell check correctly. It seems that SpellClient and 
SpellDictionary params in kbabel.defaultproject are ignored, even if I speify 
them by hand in this file. If I try to set them via GUI, sometimes they just 
disappear.
