[Kbabel] Profile Manager

Hi all,

I'd like to start working on a profile manager for KBabel 1.3 (?). Any 
objections?. (Or is there anybody working on this already?) 

I think it's more or less going to be a GUI extension to the currently 
available --profile switch. So the translators don't have to play with the 
different config files, instead let KBabel handle this for them. (But not yet 
completely sure about this. Will have to do some more thinking.)

Any special features you would like? Opinions?
