I've seen a few cases plus <B> and <P> and their associated closing tags.

But...

<p>A paragraph<p>A second paragraph

Will produce an error - and is not valid XML.  But is used quite 
extensively.  I'd err on accepting this as it reduces the number of 
false positives - these will render correctly.
