[Kbabel] CVS support for Catalog Manager

Hi all,

I just committed basic CVS support for Catalog Manager into HEAD. The code is 
not completely finished yet (and perhaps not even completely stable) but I 
need testers and feedback ;-)

Current features:
- - showing file status like 'Locally modified', 'Up-to-date' and so on in an 
extra column in Catalog Manager
- - 'cvs update' for PO files
- - 'cvs commit' for PO files (including automatically doing 'cvs add' if 
necessary; silent commits are supported as well)
- - displaying output of 'cvs status'
- - these CVS commands can be applied to the current PO file, the current 
directory or the marked files, as usual

P.S.: Stanislav, I added support for a config option named 
"PresetLastUsedMessage". If it is set to true, the last log message is 
automatically set in the log message editor.
