I just perfomerd a new Kalzium installation on Fedora 36 Silverblue using DNF
in a Toolbox. 

The Equation balancer is present and the Molecular editor works. So, bugs are
related to the flatpack version of Kalzium.  

Flatpack Kalzium is version 22.04.2. 

Toolbox DNF Kalzium is version 21.12.2.
