When I open Kalzium on Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop, the wrong molecular editor window
comes up.  It appears to be the older version of Avogadro.  Maybe the pointer
is selecting the wrong version or the wrong Avogadro is embedded somehow.

Avogadro on my Ubuntu 14.04 lists:  Application Version 1.1.1, Library Version
1.1.1, Open Babel Version 2.3.2 and Qt Version 4.8.6.   What appears to be
happening is the Avogadro version that shows up from Kalzium is what it looked
like back in the Ubuntu 10.04 version.   I think that this problem may also
have come up with the Ubuntu 12.04 version as well.
