Tell the user where we saved the molecule

Together with a fix in kdelibs 4.10 makes the download new molecules stuff
usable, still has a few problems if you delete the file in the sense that it
thinks it is still installed, but that's a intrinsic problem with KHNS and
can't be easily fixed
