NOT YET FIXED!

The reason may be that the above bug description is not distinct.

The BUG is that the new molecule data downloads to a different folder than the
one which appears when one clicks "Load molecule" in the molecule editor. 

The "load molecule" folder is:  Root/usr/share/kde4/apps/kalzium/data/molecules
The downloaded molecule folder is:
/home/user/.kde/share/apps/kalzium/data/molecules///hotstuff-access

I have looked for the folder "hotstuff-access" with Dash, and it cannot find
any such folder.

So the download molecule folder is inaccessible and needs to be corrected.

I am using the latest version of Kalzium available from the application store:
2.4.00 
My OS is Ubuntu 12.04
