[Kalzium] [Bug 250433] The Kalzium Molecular Calculator "Get New Hot Stuff" does not get new molicules

I can reproduce this bug in KDE 4.8.

When I try install the first molecule by "Download New Molecules" (Get New Hot
Stuff), Kalzium create 
/home/user/.kde/share/apps/kalzium/data/molecules/ folder with hotstuff-access
file. This file can't be loaded.

When I try install the second molecule, Kalzium ask:
Overwrite existing file?
/home/user/.kde/share/apps/kalzium/data/molecules///hotstuff-access

If you click in "Continue" the file is replaced. The new file can't be loaded
too.

I tested in KDE 4.4 too.

After install a molecule, the default folder in "Load Molecule" button is
/home/user/.kde/share/apps/kalzium/data/molecules/ (KDE 4.4). 
In KDE 4.8,the default folder in "Load Molecule" button is
/usr/share/apps/kalzium/data/molecules/

In KDE 4.4, overwritting question don't exists and I can't install the second
molecule.
