[Kalzium] Resizeable Periodic Table

Hi

I just made a kalzium prototype with a resizable periodic table. It's far from 
finished and i kinda broke all connects that used the old table (only the table 
switch and the schemes work). It uses a QGridLayout and QLabels. 

With the current design i should be able to reimplement all features exept the 
GradientWithScheme thing (that code is just crazy, sorry). As an alternativ i 
try to create that universal gradient slider from the todo list, which should 
work with the schemes.

As soon as i think the code is trunk ready, i'll provide a patch.
