[Kalzium] Splitting out the molecular editor from Kalzium

1) Start coding in playground, mention it in the kdeedu part of the feature plan
2) At the latest 2 weeks before the hard freeze, move it to kdereview
and send e-mail to kde-core-devel
3) After 2 weeks of review you can move it to kdeedu (must be before
the hard freeze)
4) ???
5) profit!!!
