[Kalzium] Splitting out the molecular editor from Kalzium

Hi,

I was wondering what the feeling was on splitting out the compound viewer from 
Kalzium and adding it to playground? I think it would allow it to evolve a 
little faster in its own right. It would be good to keep the links between the 
two codes but as a packager I would prefer them to be separate apps too.

Geoff and I were talking about names and had thought of kompound and molekule 
as possibles (if that isn't jumping the gun). I like Kompound the most if 
names with Ks in are not out of fashion. I figured once trunk opened up again 
I could make the changes, get the kompound editor building against current 
LibAvogadro that will be 0.9.
