I also noticed this. 

Conclusion: Lets wait for the final Qt 4.3.0 is out. At least my snapshot is 
alreaday 21 days old. Qt 4.3.0 will be released in ~1 month. That makes 50+ 
days for the Trolls to fix SVG issues. Let us give them those days.
In case it is not working in the final version we can still act (but keep 
those better SVG icons for KDE 4.1 which is based on Qt 4.4 which will of 
course® be perfect :)

Do you ack that?
