[Kalzium] Avogadro port so far...

Hi,

I've spent today on libavogadro integration. Things that remain to be done:

-- expose the Tools to the user. I think we should mimick the way Avogadro
does this (one little button with icon for each tool, plus keyboard
shortcuts) as I think it's very nice and would work for us.

-- find a nice GUI way to let the user choose the Engines. Here the Avogadro
way (with checkboxes) is not suitable for Kalzium so here's what I propose (I
still don't know how to use Designer):
Have 4 radio-buttons for {sphere,bsdy,wire,stick}engine. These 4 engines
should be mutually exclusive (i guess for Kalzium having more than one engine
simultaneously is overkill).
Then have 1 checkbox for the label-engine (which by the way we need to tweak
in avogadro's trunk to allow it to render more useful information).

-- KNewStuff integration to let the user easily download and browse the
BlueObelisk collection of molecules.

Cheers,
Benoit
