[Kalzium] Avogadro port so far...

Hi Guys,

I have to get some work done on my thesis. I have begun on porting but 
hesitate to commit this as it is messy and the view still does not render the 
atom after it has been loaded. I need to work for the rest of the day and so 
I figured this would be best with you guys in case you get some time to look 
at further porting.

Mainly need to figure out how to link the combobox to the engines to set an 
engine to render with. The kpart stuff it is complaining too. When I get more 
time I will come back to it, or if you get chance to take a look and spot 
what I have missed that would be great :)
