[Kalzium] kalzium and chime pages

Moin folks

Marcus and I had issues with Armandos patches. I now managed to apply them and 
rediffed them using svn diff. You find them in the attached patch.

For other reasons I cannot compile Kalzium right now, so I would like to ask 
you to test Armandos work.
