[Kalzium] Kalzium3D in KDE 4.0

Ok, some work is done:

- I added 16 molecules to Kalzium
- The dialog now opens at the position where those 16 molecules are located.

Benoît, if you need certain molecules there to test Kalzium just tell me or 
commit yourself.
