[Kalzium] OCaml in 3.5-branch

Hi

I just got another mail about missing eq-solver! In the handbook ppl read 
about it but cannot find it. So they mail me. Is there a way to *disable* the 
menu (make it grey) when ocaml is not found on compile-time so that the user 
see "here is something wrong"?

I simply don't know enough about configure.in-files...
