[Kalzium] oops : revision 554813 committed without comment

Erm, I'm sorry, that's my first commit, and I messed up: I committed (554813) 
without putting any comment.

So the files changed are kalziumglwidget.h and kalziumglwidget.cpp, that's the 
OpenGL-related part of Kalzium, and the changes are:

- fix potential crash bug in the way OpenGL vertex arrays were stored in 
memory
- reorganize and move more math stuff to the GLVector3 template class
- fix regression and improve the way the selection is displayed (blue 
transparent sphere)
