[Kalzium] possibility to identify stable isotopes

you can identify stable isotopes, only by the decay.txt-file of bo
because it contents the old kalzium decay data:
http://wiki.cubic.uni-koeln.de/repos/blueobelisk/isotopes/decay.txt
those nuclids which are listet and haven't any decay percentages should
be stable.
