[Kalzium] Adding two new strings to Kalzium

Hi Lauri and Kalzium-developers

As you can see in the attached patch two strings need to be added to Kalzium. 
Kalzium handels five different types of temperatures but two are not working 
because they are never checked for: Rankine and Reamúr. If I am not allowed 
to add the patch I would need to remove the two temperatures...

As a compensation I removed to no longer needed string in kalzium.kcfg 
today :)
