Why can't you click on any other element when the dialog is open? I works 
here. And yes, mousewheel and "next"/"previous" select the element with +1 or 
-1 in the elementnumber (# of protons).

About comparing: We want the dialog to be able to show two elements at the 
same time. But that is post-3.5 because we are in feature-freeze.

About the Noble gases: That is just one random group. Other groups would be 
"Metals" or "Contuctors" or "Elements liquid at 20°C". My point is: That is 
just a definition of a group. Who defines which group makes sense and which 
make not sense?
