Jörg Buchwald fixed a lot of Isotope-data. The reason for missing percentages 
can be manyfold: For example rounding-errors or simply missing data. A lot 
sources only mention 5 isotopes or only isotopes with an abundance of more 
than 1%. So there might be 10 elements missing with 0.8% abundance, for 
example.
If you have data which is not in Kalzium of KDE 3.5 please let us know.
