[Kalzium] Updates to ChangeLog, TODO and RELEASE-PLAN

Hi

I updated the files mentioned in the subject. I would like to ask you to add 
have a look at TODO and RELEASE-PLAN. I am now planning a standalone-release 
at the end of August. Feedback is very welcome.

Furthermore, if you change something big in Kalzium, please mention it in 
ChangeLog so that writing an annoucement for the next version is easier.
