One way would be to set up a kmail filter, so that when you receive kalzium 
bug reports, they automatically get forwarded to the list.  That is probably 
not ideal, though.  I think if you wanted to do it for real, sysadmin at kde.org 
would have to do it.  Not sure about it though.
