STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Create a file that contains "🧞‍♂️"  (source: https://emojipedia.org/man-genie
)
echo example >>🧞‍♂️.txt
2. Try to add it to a data project.

OBSERVED RESULT

Error:
The following filenames have an invalid encoding. You may fix this with the
convmv tool:
/home/username/🧞‍♂️.txt

EXPECTED RESULT
Add the file and convmv it automatically.

Linux Mint 21
K3b 21.12.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

On UDF-only discs (which Linux tools can't create so far), convmv is not
necessary.
