It looks like you cancelled the copying before it was done, and one can't see
the file that you're saving, whether it has an extension or not.  The DVD that
in this issue is not encrypted.  Perhaps if someone were to author a dvd,
unencrypted, but the title has 22 spaces at the end of the title, maybe that
would cause this issue that I'm describing.
