Surprisingly still issue exists. I think I understand issue better now though.

* click "Burn"
* select a filesystem, which is "Linux/UNIX + Windows" by default for me, then
click "Custom..." and change some options

When you click "Ok" then the selected filesystem option is still "Linux/UNIX +
Windows". I think it should be automatically switched to the entry "Custom"
because user obviously wants to use custom options.

The other issue is that when user selects "Custom (...)" filesystem and selects
some costom options from "Custom...", then clicking "Ok" gets the selection
back to "Linux/UNIX + Windows".

Getting the selection to any filesystem, resets the "Custom (...)" options and
this erratic switching to the different option causes the reset as far as I can
tell.

Provided nobody is interested to implement saving different custom filesystem
options, the easiest fix I can see is to switch to "Custom (...)" selection
entry whenever "Custom..." options are set by user. And never automatically go
back to "Linux/UNIX + Windows" or any other option.

Hope it makes more sense now.
