K3b 17.12.2, Gnome 3.26.2, Arch Linux - K3b project almost empty

Can anyone explain why disc space/time bar of the same K3b version (17.12.2)
installed on the same system (Arch Linux) looks different (and correct) on
Gnome and broken on KDE Plasma please?
Compare screenshots taken on Gnome 3.26.2 and KDE Plasma 5.12.2.
