I think this report is still valid.
The dialog referenced in description should appear only if the disc is not
correctly detected/read after burning process. So manual user intervation is
required to eject/re-insert the disc and in this case makes sense to show the
dialog.

One ore problem: this dialog steals focus under Wayland. K3b comes to
foreground when the dialog is shown.
