CD ripping naming patterns

Hi Mark,

Sorry for my late response, I am doing my work assignment about L4 
recently http://os.inf.tu-dresden.de/pipermail/l4-hackers/2017/ I am 
busy in full swing :) there are some L4/fiasco bugs need to be fixed!
