I was recently asked whether "User Parameters dialog" could do this:

  "-If I want to use the option you mentioned with growisofs, can I set it 
    in K3b's "User Parameters" dialog? It looks like this lets you set 
    command line options for the programs used by K3b."

My answer was: "Just try it when you burn your next BD-R".
Up to now, there is no report about the outcome of such a try.
