[k3b] dvd is not detected

I am using freebsd 10.3 release on my laptop. I want to burn an .iso dvd so
i have installed k3b via pkg command. Now my problem is that after
inserting blank dvd it is not detecting by k3b although my kde desktop
panel is showing that dvd. How to resolve this problem?
