            Bug ID: 352980
Summary: Support ReplayGain to normalize audio of ripped tracks
           Product: k3b
           Version: 2.0.80
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: k3b at kde.org
          Reporter: psychonaut at nothingisreal.com
CC: michalm at jabster.pl, trueg at kde.org

>From what I can tell, K3b currently supports audio normalization, but only for
burning tracks (see Bug 56675 ). It would be nice if it could also support
normalization when ripping media to Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, MP3, etc., using the
relevant implementations of ReplayGain. In particular, the K3b should support
the following optional postprocessing steps:

1. After each track is ripped, calculate and apply track-gain to it; or
2. After an entire album is ripped, calculate the album-gain and apply it to
each track.

Reproducible: Always
