[k3b] bad i/o

Hi,

Is the user mailing list abandoned?  It seems empty.

I burned a number of discs with k3b.  What happened was that when I 
would burn the .iso, there'd be a red "error" window from k3b. However, 
when I posted the log, there was no specific error:

is the "error" from k3b misleading?
