Hi,

I think that k3b use hardcoded icons. cause some icons are oxygen and some are
breeze. please use only icons from the standard icon set or report an missing
icon. 

I have also an review to remove the source from the last two missing breeze
icons see https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/125000/.
