Looks like it to me, it's problably one of those "my standard is better than 
your standard" problems, you should ask Michael on the bug, if he fails to 
answer i can ping him since he's a coworker.

Everyone needs it if compile with enable final, but enable final is just 
something weiird, no need to support it.
