+1 for this functionality.  After installing kde-config-cddb package, I can
access the settings page for CDDB configuration.  However, there is no GUI
button I could find to submit the data to freedb.

In k3b 1.0.5, it appears that the code to do this was present:

However, in k3b 2.0.2 I could not find this same code.  Seems to be something
that was removed at some point.
