No, a 2.0.2 bugfix release. In 2.0.2 it wil be possible to add -
DK3B_ENABLE_HAL_SUPPORT=OFF  configuration to cmake to turn off any HAL calls 
from K3b. In fact, KDE4 version of K3b never really depended on HAL, just 
locked/unlocked HAL during burning (which was not supported by Solid).
