Would that still be considered "authoring" then? If so, perhaps something like
"K3b - the disc authoring Kit"

That covers optical, magnetic and flash discs, and even has a "K" in the name.

Or, something more general:
"K3b - the multimedia Kit"

Of course, you could just add "USB" to the name ;-)
"K3b - CD, DVD, BD and USB disc Kreator"
