The one that should follow your "at" which indicates that a place/direction is 
missing.
Which changes to the stable, string-frozen K3b sources does Scripty need to 
detect?

That doesn't make sense. The SC has many stable branches. Looking at
http://websvn.kde.org/branches/KDE/ three are currently actively maintained:
3.5, 4.3, and 4.4 – plus the new 4.5 branch.
Does this mean that bugfixes in the older branches result in broken 
translations?
