The drawback of a invitation meeting is that it´s no longer a community driven event.

I think we should:

1. send another email reminder on Thursday. Jos email is perfect IMHO :-)

2. Announce on friday that we extend the deadline for 1-2 weeks.

3. Invite people if we still don´t have enough submissions in 2 weeks
