Intriging vision. Quite a few things here are clear, others are not - I'd love 
some elaboration in text form.

Moreover, I'd like to put forward another challenge: as you can see in the dot 
article (the update) we'd also like to know HOW to get to the point you 
describe. How to get community members on board? How to motivate people to 
work on this? I see you put a strong focus on people, but any concrete ideas 
there?
