New contributor: what I can work on

Hi,
I am a 3rd year Bachelor student currently participating in the Open Source Lab at TUM, Germany. As part of this course, I would like to participate in the development of Gwenview.

I have limited experience in c++ and Qt from my high school diploma project. My university courses were more focused on Java, Scala and C. I am currently following a course on modern c++ practises. I have no experience in open source development.
I am developing on Kubuntu 22.04 with CLion and have managed to compile Gwenview with kdesrc-build.
