translation missing

Hi,

The page explaining how to translate GCompris is here:

The translations are handled by KDE translation teams, for Vietnamese:
https://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=vi. I don't know how much this
team is active.

Please note that for obvious reasons (legal, validity of the content...) we
won't accept generated translations by a tool, we need people who really
speak the language to be involved to ensure the quality of the translation.
